Today we have a pick-a-pile reading!.. My eyes clapped onto this deck right away and the message to use these was clear.. 'what you need to know'.

The messages are deep.. much more about self-discovery than what is going on outside of you with other people.. prob the most rewarding journey we could go on.

If you feel drawn to this reading there may be a message here for you so do not allow the depth of this reading to put you off as these are always working in your favour.

Pile 1:

The Father II (no.2)

The Underground XLVIII (no.48)

If you chose this pile.. I would say that you have been quiet on the social side of life.. with so so so much going on underneath the surface!

The Underworld card is the foundation of the message and it is all about the fact that soil looks so still to look at it on the surface.. but as soon as you start to dig you unearth worms, ants, centipedes and all shades of roots, growth, birth..

The Father is all about yang energy.. the energy of do, action, plight, movement!

If you have been working on yourself, or indeed on an external level, a new project or creative endeavour that you have kept quite hush at the moment.. there may be a message here for you.

The fact both these cards fell sideways tells me there is an angle of view from this.. that the work you've done can be viewed in a similar way to seeing someone walk down a side street, past you.. where you see only one fascet of them.

The changes you've been undergoing has been something specific, it is one side or aspect of yourself only rather than a complete overhaul.. again this applies to one creative project that has caught your efforts of creation rather than multiple projects at once. The reason I bring this to light is because it feels that you have truly been working to make this right!.. to bring in change.. and change is coming!

If you look at the cards.. from underworld you ride up to half of The father card in the same colour and texture.. to then bring in change (the top half of the father card).

The Father card feels very much about having two sides of a personality.. the present and the abscent (with the white empty tree mirrored space).. the sun and the moon, day and night all in perfect harmony of elements both positive and negative.

Here I see the change you have been working on is leading you to bring change at night, or perhaps subtlety, in stages, hidden as maybe nobody knows this change has ocurred unless they speak to you about it. Or perhaps it is just emerging from a transition of darkness to the crack of dawn just emerging in the horizon.

This card falling at the exact same angle as the card below makes this such a harmonious combination and outcome.

You are amazing. Carry on as you may not realise it yet.. but this is the best transformation you have undergone yet!

Pile 2:

Thanatos LXXIII (no.73)

The River XXXIV (no.34)

For those of you reading pile no.2.. you will be going through a complete metamorphosis and change!! The river is always considered a force of nature that may nourish as it is destructive.. all the colours of the chakras are present but closest to what feels like the blurry image of part of a horse is our solar plexus (yellow) which when blocked we can become passive, inactive, indecisive and overly self-critical and the heart chakra (green) which when blocked you may experience disgust, withdrawal and judgement. Both these chakras combined affects immune and digestive systems.

If you have been going through an incredibly tumultuous time.. change is finally coming through an end of a chapter and beginning of a new one.

First of all.. who is Thanatos?

Thanatos, in ancient Greek religion and mythology, the personification of death. Thanatos was the son of Nyx, the goddess of night, and the brother of Hypnos, the god of sleep. He appeared to humans to carry them off to the underworld when the time allotted to them by the Fates had expired. - britannica.com

From emotional turmoil comes

The camellion in the centre of the cards has a vast significance with the colours.. bright red and blues usually signify excitement where dark colours indicate stress.. Black shows up when they are threatened!! A tangled web of change is occurring.. it may be something you have been feeling.. or something you have been fighting through lately or in your recent past.

If you are someone who's emotions get the better of them and gives them to stop and shut down this may have happened to you recently. There are perhaps one or many situations in your life which may have cause your emotional unrest.. The Tuver card is on its side which is an aspect of yourself that has felt an emotional tug-of-war with another aspect of yourself. Whether brought in from outside happenings or if this is something you struggle with yourself.. brace yourself.

This will create some stress which you may be experiencing but as the death card in the Rider Waite tarot rings in a complete transformation.. so Thanastos will bring an end to your suffering through end of that cycle.

Keep your chin up.. it is a phase in your life and it is one that may be a life's journey for you to get through. We are forever creating a web of emotions just through situations in our life's but just as a spider creates it's web daily, so will you create a secure system for you to fall into which will help aid your progress.

There is no rush! This card, Thanastos, focuses on change which is final, no turning back, and it will be for the best if you make sure you are aware of what has been happening with yourself and understand what you need to create and implement measures to bring your own balance into your life.

Most of all know that you are a perpetual butterfly.. always changing,. always transforming and you will always have the option to transform towards the light! Every day is a nee start like the spider and it's web.. every moment is a moment that may be charged with emotions but know that if those are negative that tomorrow is always a new day.

Pile 3:

Eros LXXI (no.71)

The Maiden VIII (no.8)

Well!!! If you picked up pile no.3 then you may have been feeling a lot of pent up emotions being released.

The maiden is a card of carnal desires and passions.. sexuality, sensuality and passions in abundance! As the foundation card it certainly brings yellow a symbol of joy, happiness and optimism with pink always symbolising healing. There is a sexiness to the imagery and shapes depicted here.. but when I found out what Eros symbolised..

Eros was the Greek god of carnal love. In Latin he is called Amor (love) or Cupid (desire). Eros was the assistant, and according to some the son, of Aprhodite, the goddess of love and fertility. He made people fall in love by shooting an arrow into their heart. - rijksmuseum.nl

.. well these two cards could not be more synchronised. With the Maiden reversed it feels that the foundation of your present or soon to happen change has been a lack of sexuality in your life. Whether you have been cut off from those emotions once joyful to you or have not found the right partners to experience this with.. things are about to change when cupid is in action.

Whether you are ready or not.. Eros has launched his bow.. it has been intended to bring someone or situation into your life of great emotional and carnal fulfilment!

Both cards represent desires and pleasured but the foundation has been brought about by a lack of this.

If you have been looking for fun or a partner and have found that you have been waiting long enough for this to change for you.. Eros is here to say that the Universe is working it's magic and has lit you up, ready for this next step!

The world is your oyster.. explore yourself and your desires.. and perhaps it is what you have been doing. Cutting off toxic lust is always a must!.. desiring desire for the sake of it without regard for anyone else or yourself can lead you down a rabbit hole of situations and issues in the future. a healthy balance is always necessary, whatever that may look like to you.. we are all individuals.

The change I see coming may even be love.. love of yourself, being kind and saying kind things to yourself and stopping some of the self-critical kind chatter that so many of us have been going through lately.

The full super blood red moon is always a time of cleansing. It is dropping the old and bringing in the new.

Most of all.. if you have closed your heart to desire, love and lust it is about to be reopened with bright neon signs! Brace yourself for the fun!
