Todays Ashram Monday’s is a pick-a-card as a pick-a-crystal reading! And was drawn to this deck for us today after all the strife we have been going through.. we could do with a little love and answers in love!

Interestingly I’ve been lacking sleep quite badly in fact but was drawn to these crystals recently and have a few of them now. Today was the first time I even checked the properties for this.. thanks universe let’s hope this helps me better than vino!

Your message, however, does make me feel as though you are going through some tough times.. emotionally turbulent times. The image on this heart shaped card is a person crying into their own reflection.. the blue in this is all emotions. I just got the words, ‘cry me a river’.. I’d forgotten the meaning so I actually had to ask the Alexa app for the meaning of this hyperbole.. a type of sarcasm where it’s used to tell someone you are not interested in their feelings. There may be an added message here for someone where they have had unrequited feelings for someone and it has been the reason for a lot of disillusionment and sorrow. For that I am sorry.

You may also have been having trouble sleeping, perhaps have wanted to clear the air on matters of the heart with someone special to you. Either way the kyanite is a crystal that aligns your chakras so that you may be more balanced.. the best way to deal with emotions is through having your feet on the ground.

If you are not much of a crystal person then please try to meditate and focus on the now with no particular thought going through your mind.. listen to traffic, people walking outside your window, birds, children, dogs going about their day, neighbours watching tv.. whatever is going on around you stop and give that your attention. This is in fact meditation. It does not need you to imagine anything only to be living in the absolute present moment.

This message has found you today to say that all your emotions lately have been tainting your view n the situation you find/found yourself in. Emotions, when super charged, are misguided and misplaced. We see our situation through our ego.. esp when pride and our self-esteem is hurt. But to judge a situation during these times does not provide you with the truth. Far from it.

In order to see your situation or another person with clarity you must first balance your emotions and let go of the anger & hurt that may surround you. Making peace with your past, in order to fix your present and future.

Know that the Universe has got your back no matter what! And just as there have been difficult moments you’ve been going through, there will be better times ahead!

1. Purple Amethyst

If you find yourself in an entangled situation, stuck and unable to move forward, looking for that special someone but it’s proving difficult to find or perhaps this is about self healing and finding that it’s been a difficult journey towards making that change for peace.

The amethyst is a great healer so if you have been drawn to this crystal today it is an omen that perhaps you need to heighten you’re intuition but also to just go with the flow and not push. It is a time for yin, feminine receiver energy, rather than yang, masculine more active doer energy.
