Today’s Pick-a-Card reading is no surprise to me.. After listening to a few recent astrology videos on youtube it seems we are heading for a period of harmony, relationships and the wish for more commitment in our lives. Who would have thought that after watching that those, these cards would appear!?
Also I feel these two pick-a-cards are interconnected.. if you have chosen one card I would strongly recommend you read the reading of the other as I do feel they are linked. Make your choice between them if either call to you, read the description on your choice of card then the other. There is a small section below Card 1 & 2 with a reading based on which card called to you first so do read that last!

Soul Mates 41
Wow what a beautiful depiction on this card. First though 41 I have heard is a soulmate number of harmony and beginnings.. 5 is usually a number of confusion, evolution and change which is interesting as 41 is born from it. Here is Affinity Numerology’s take on the number 41:

It isn’t surprise to me that the number 41 is about emotional security as this card seems to echo our planets influences at the moment over the next 3 months. For those of y. not interested in soulmates then the numerology of this card may at least mean that you are in the process of laying some very stable foundations for yourself! I have included the description of the book above.. but without reading the interpretation here is mine, disconnected from the book.
The card is pretty self-explanatory.. penguins mate for life, further depicted with one of them holding a key and several floating hearts emanating from the pair. Blue is also the colour of the heart chakara (usually green but can also be blue) which is everywhere and on a silk-like scarf worn by one of the penguins. The same one is holding a key.. symbolic of new beginnings but also symbolic of finding the exact matching lock, used many a times on fun-loving dating events where one party wear a lock necklace and one party wear the key to them and so the hint begins, literally, with a prize given to the couple who first find their right key to their lock and vise-versa. A small side story here, a friend of mine went on one of these events and is still together with her ‘key’ although not fated as he had found out which key matched her and paid a man to swap keys! Cute.
In any case.. this time period is all about finding the right person or people to be in your life.
There is also a floating face of a figure in the clouds.. interestingly enough these faces do not exist on the background of many card.. I had to check.. yet they appear on both this card and card no.2 so that both cards may be interconnected for you, may be worth a read for the next one. These faces are usually symbolic of angels or a higher power.. one that is benevolent and watched over the Earth and all its inhabitants with kindness.. though between snow and cloud, the landscape almost blends into a heavenly scene.
You may feel you are being pulled to a more stable time period, you may feel like you need to create more stability and get a more stable job.. or wish to surround yourself with reliable people.

Yin 2
The Second card is a number 2 :) If you chose this you may have something to say about this number.. perhaps you’ve been seeing it a lot lately or it’s already a lucky number to you.. either way this can also mean 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months regarding timing. Either way, it is the universal number of balance, harmony, fair.. read the quotation below from Numerology.com:

Everything that I felt regarding this card is firmly tied to its numerology. That description fits like a glove.. and looking at the imagery, it is all complimentary.
I have not read the description in the book so here is my own intuitive interpretation in addition to that for you, which I have included in the gallery just below the main image.
Yin - feminine, and Yang - masculine. This is based on the title. It is wonderful to see Yin represented by a holder of water, sacred, ever nourishing all living things as mother nature does, but water is symbolic of emotions and here they seem placid and even magical with the lighting. Pink is the colour of love and healing.. if you find yourself attracted to the colour lately, intuitively so, there is a reason for it. There is a floating figure in the background which is not present on every card in the deck but surprisingly Card no.1 also has a floating figure.. the idea of an angel or divine being benignly watching over this little planet and all it’s inhabitants with kindness and love. I would highly recommend you read card no.1’s reading after this as they are interconnected.
If you chose this card you are experiencing or are about to experience great harmony in your life. Yin as the feminine energy is the energy of giving, attracting rather than controlling, gentle, soft and balanced. It is the energy you are incorporating now or will be in future or you may be bringing this energy and all it’s nourishment into your life at present.
Over the next three months, planetary movement brings us the wish to seek stability in out lives, achieve harmony, find the right people to be around, the right job, right relationship.. this card advises you to be open to the experience and accept what comes your way.
We often find that we block some of what the Universe brings your way.. it is your choice of course whether to accept it or not, but whatever is fated to rock up soon, at least look at this with an open heart before deciding to move away from it or choose a different path.
Even for me, having been out of the dating circle for a long time out of my own choice, have been more open to the idea.. tentatively haha. I have much to work on there. But it is this peek hole that will at least accept new opportunities and ventures that come my way.. note to self!
