Today on Ashram Monday's we have been asked to use these cards for a bit of healing for everyone. Next week we will be focusing on love.. but for now, if there is something that needs healing within you or with people/work/situations you connect with, then there may be a card here for you.

As this is a group reading it is based on those who do look and read Ashram Monday's so it is likely there is a message here for you but as always take what resonates and throw away what doesn't.

For today, I was asked to add the book photographs into the reading as the guidance is mainly to come from them.

For now, take a deep breath in and as you exhale look at the three options above and whatever you are most drawn to, you may be drawn to all of them, may contain a reading for you.

Today you have chosen card no.1.. Authentic Truth. It is about finding truth within yourself to know whether something or someone truly was being honest or not with you.

The truth is not always what is positive.. it can be what is honest though. In saying that how do you know if it's truth or ego? They resonate from a similar place and make us feel similar feelings it becomes tricky to distinguish if our ego's or someone else's was at play or whether they/we are telling the truth without prejudice.. but the difference is.. if you feel a situation was about truth, you will know within yourself, there is a certain understanding within us and in some ways we feel something 'clicks' or resonates. May be hurtful or painful to know it so it is pure in feeling. With ego it's all about negativity coming from a place of hurt. The reaction here is always defensive, the blaming others for your unhappiness. This will almost always make you feel anger.

If you have picked card no.2 then you are may be feeling quite stressed and in need of quieting your mind and feelings. Mastering your life with its ups and downs does not come with a manual.. and it can be overwhelming sometimes when multiple negative emotions rock up at the same time from all shades of mischief going on around you and within you.

If you have picked this card.. then the Universe is telling you that the solution lies in meditating and gaining peace from nurturing it within. Then all other issues are things you can tackle from a neutral and more balanced standpoint. Not only is it healthy for you not to have your emotions swinging everywhere for those around you but also will lead you to living a more balanced and peaceful life.

Have you felt like everything is clear now for you? Perhaps it is clarity in a situation that you need. Life has a way of bringing all shades of conundrums so if you have been stuck with a certain situation or emotion i. your life.. then this is about to shift.

Keep plowing on with reaching for what is best for you snd watch everything else fall into place!
