Todays Ashram Monday's for the week ahead is a bit of an interesting one. But with Mercury in retrograde, the mishaps that may be happening now that comes out in a fault in communication; my debit card thought I was purchasing as a fraudster and had declined all my payments I had to call them up, Ashram monday's post was lost - therefore the late post today, parking ticket (I went over about 11mins from free parking for 2hrs).. communication has been an interesting little ride of late. But all this is not the same as atonement, which is the foundation of an Akashic Record.

If you believe we reap what we sow in a life kind of way.. that my card was declined because I deserved it in some way as perhaps had shouted and gotten angry at someone earlier in the week.. it is more a case of if I chastised someone for spending too much and the Universe has reciprocated with justice.

In other words.. Akashic Records is your souls contracts created from several life incarnations where you/we have accumulated karmic lessons. When we have done ill to others, we stone for those sins.. some of what we atone for is in the same lifetime but much springs from previous lifetimes. Whether you believe in this or not.. if, for the purposes of this discussion, it was a fact. Then how do you think you may have behaved 200 years ago?.. maybe 400 years ago? I remember even in my short lifetime that plastic was such a worn and used thing.. the 70's with all its plastic fantastic super colourful everything from plates to chairs and tables.. and I remember seeing plastic littler in footage of people jet skiing on tv.. it was the beginning of a problem we find ourselves in today and perhaps not all of us, but the tide is now turning where we are more knowledgeable of the detriment that plastic is to our environment, our wild life and our own health as recent research suggests it is in our blood!

Our evolution occurs through slow progress.. something you did not noticed or even had strong convictions of in the past.. perhaps has changed now. We slowly understand what we have done wrong and try to make it right, whether within ourselves and/or.. with/for others.

So for those who do believe and/or wish to know more about the Akashic records.. it is effectively a human version of a 'Black Box' as we have in our aeroplanes and helicopters. It is a box that records everything that goes on onboard the air vessel and it is the first thing that is salvaged when disaster hits in order to find out what happened. Such is our individual Akashic Records. We each have a soul name which is not our incarnate names as that, we've had several for each lifetime. Our soul name is our spirit name, after we leave our bodies.. it is registered in our unique Akashic Records.

You may have been a gladiator swiftly agile and killing adversaries galore.. registering all that you have done in that lifetime in your Akashic records and furthering your karmic debt which you have to make up for, lifetime after lifetime.

Today's card asks you to take stock of all that you have achieved through the last few years if your life.. perhaps since you were 12.. how far have you come? Are there repetitive patterns you have mastered or are there some you have yet to work on.

Archangel Metatron/this card has found you today for a reason.. your message is to check for negative cycles.. is there something you repeat a lot in your life? Perhaps the same relationship with love partners? Co-workers? Family? Perhaps your cycle may be when you are triggered.. if your confidence is triggered when you feel a negative emotion such as abandonment, dismissal, belittled.. and that causes you to shut down, lash out in anger, self-isolate.. maybe even self-sabotage and believe you are not good enough, strong enough, clever enough.

These are all things that stem from a negative cycle and pattern of thinking and behaviour. Notice these.. carefully comb through them so you can unkink this path you're own and start the good work you're here to do and enjoy a nice clear straight path ahead of you. Life is short enough as it is.. why not make it the best, the happiest, the most fulfilling life you can have? You deserve it.

card is for you to take stock and notice your behaviour and reactions and see if there is anything you can change for yourself that will broaden your horizons and allow you better relationships with others and this little planet.

It most certainly is worth checking the reason why some people trigger you and the reason why.. living in peace and harmony is our ultimate achievement in life.
